Postage

Please note that ALL framed products are posted using an insured service.

International shipping is available to some locations, and postage is by quotation. Please enquire on our email below to see if the art can be shipped to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary, depending on where you are. Please allow 10­ to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on the website, and you will be responsible for covering those.

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible. This includes out­­-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

cancellations & returns policy

All our framed pieces are made to order and therefore are not refundable or returnable. If you wish to cancel your order, please email me within 48 hours of placing your order.

All our unframed prints go into production immediately, however, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please get in touch asap if you wish to do this, and let me know the reason. Prints should be returned to the address provided and once received, I will issue a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering return postage, and I cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery. Therefore it’s best that you use a “signed for” service.

If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

If the artwork has been damaged in the post please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details. I aim for your experience of working with me to be as smooth and positive as possible.

Please email me within seven days of your delivery date, with your order number. Please email photos of damaged artwork and/or packaging, and make sure you save the original packaging. I will take it from there.
